If you’re looking for a fall wellness getaway, we have found a deal for you. Grab your workout clothes and cowboy boots and head to The Resort at Paws Up for two fall wellness events for the price of one. The Resort is hosting its second AdrenZen wellness weekend October 20-23, 2017. Guests will enjoy a Ranch-Athlon (a combination of an ATV tour and a rappelling experience), spa treatments and unique yoga classes (including vino yoga and candlelit yoga) with guest yogi Kristin McGee. Participants will also work out with fitness and lifestyle expert Idalis Velazquez in daily group fitness classes. Velazquez will lead the Ranch-Athlon, adventures on the Grizzlyman Fitness Trail and more. Finally, Paws Up Executive Chef Ben Jones will provide gourmet food, healthy cocktails and private cooking instruction.
